We offer two AMC tiers: Labour-only (parts charged separately at discounted rates) and Comprehensive (includes commonly replaced parts like batteries, minor components, and consumables). Major hardware replacements are quoted separately.
AMC customers receive priority response: remote support within 1 hour, and on-site response within 4 hours during working hours. Emergency after-hours support is available 24/7 for critical systems.
